What counts as a Monthly Active User (MAU)?
Any user who authenticates at least once in a calendar month. Users who exist in your directory but don't log in are not counted.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Is there a free trial for paid plans?
Starter and Pro both include a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Enterprise trials are negotiated individually.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes — annual billing saves 20% on Starter and Pro. Enterprise contracts include custom pricing with volume discounts.
What happens if I exceed my MAU limit?
We send an alert at 80% usage. If you go over, we bill overage at $0.005/MAU (₹0.42/MAU) rather than cutting off your users.
Is the pricing in USD or INR?
We support both. Indian customers can pay in INR; pricing is locked at our published rate and is not subject to daily forex fluctuation.
